When you delete a note from within QuickNote, the file is actually placed in the trash can. If you decide you want to keep the note, just drag it out of the trash can and back into the Category folder in the QuickNote Folder (which is kept in the System Folder).
You can also place any text clipping files (created by dragging a text selection to the desktop from any application that supports drag & drop editing) or SimpleText files in any Category folder. QuickNote will allow you to edit these files as well as any notes.
